Working principle of Jaw crusher:

When the movable jaw rises, the intersection angle between the toggle plate and the mobile jaw becomes larger, the movable jaw plate is pushed close to the fixed jaw plate and the material is crushed or split, namely realizing the purpose of crushing at the same time; When the moving jaw goes down, the angle between the toggle plate and the moving jaw becomes smaller, then the moving jaw plate leaves the fixed jaw plate under the action of the pull rod and spring and the well-crushed materials are discharged from the lower opening of the crushing chamber simultaneously. Along with the continuous rotation of the motor, the jaw of the crusher moves periodically to crush and discharge materials, realizing mass production.
