Before starting the vertical mill, all equipment of the raw material grinding and exhaust gas treatment parts of the vertical mill system should be carefully inspected and adjusted.
1. Inspection and adjustment of lubricating oil of lubrication system
Equipment lubrication plays a key role in ensuring the long-term stable operation of the equipment. On the one hand, the amount of lubricating oil can neither be too much nor too little. Too much lubricant can cause equipment to heat up. Too little oil will damage the equipment due to lack of oil. On the other hand, it is necessary to regularly check and replace the lubricating oil. The type and label of the oil must not be wrong, and there must be no impurities in the oil. The inspection of the equipment lubricating oil must be carried out comprehensively and without omissions, including air lock lubrication, grinding roller lubrication, and reducer lubrication. And the oil volume of the hydraulic frame, oil circuit, valves, etc., all moving parts, moving chains, couplings should be refueled.
2. Cooling water inspection
Cooling water is very important to the protection of the equipment. Before starting, check the main reducer and grinding roller lubrication device, the valve on the cooling water pipe of the air lock valve hydraulic cabinet, and control the appropriate flow.
3. Inspection of air compressors, gas storage tanks, pipes and valves
Compressed air check whether the compressor station is started, whether the air storage tanks are drained in accordance with regulations, whether the pressure reaches the rated pressure, whether there is air leakage in the compressed air pipelines and valves, and handle problems in a timely manner. Is on.
4. Inspection of raw materials warehouse, equipment interior, manhole door, inspection door
Before the raw material warehouse is charged, the sundries that are dropped inside during installation or maintenance shall be removed to prevent the warehouse mouth from being blocked or metal objects from entering the raw material mill.
The lower rod valve or gate valve of each raw material bin is all opened to the proper position; all manual valves should be hit to the proper position before the equipment starts; all electric and pneumatic valve systems are confirmed to be flexible at the scene. Whether it is loose, and then remotely operated by the central control room, confirm that the central control is in the same direction as the opening and closing of the scene, check whether the opening and marking are accurate. If the valve has upper and lower limit switches, check the limit with the central control room. Whether the signal returns.
6.Check the tightness of the equipment
The anchor bolts of mills, fans, compressors, etc. must not be loose, the easy loose parts of the equipment, the connecting rods to be moved must be strictly checked, and the connection between the bucket and the chain of the elevator must also be checked.
7, material warehouse material inspection
Confirm that the material storage of each raw material warehouse is accurate, and the material level gauge accurately indicates the material position in the warehouse, and it is consistent with the central control display. During trial production, the materials in the warehouse should not be overfilled, generally 60% to 70% of the full warehouse.
8. Inspection of raw material mill and auxiliary equipment
Strictly check according to equipment requirements and confirm that they are intact.
9. Inspection of raw material homogenization warehouse
There is no damage to the ventilation layer at the bottom of the raw material warehouse, there is no stagnant water in the warehouse and the inflatable box, and the problem is dealt with in a timely manner. The warehouse must be dried before the material is first fed. After the raw warehouse is dried, all holes are closed.
